We are also a qualified asesoría, being able to help with taxes, whether you are a tax resident in Spain or just have a holiday home.
At LACS our aim is to simplify the processes and eliminate any language barrier that may get in your way.

We are a family run local business, a mother and daughter duo, fluent in English, Spanish and the regional dialect of Valencian.
Alayna founded LACS back in 2018, and is a Law Graduate from the Valencian International University.
Jaime is a Spanish qualified accountancy asesor, and a Nationally qualified Property Consultant.
LACS aims to be a point of service for those looking to come to Spain, whether that be temporarily or permanently. We have personally lived in Spain since 2002 and know all about the Spanish system, and are always learning new procedures, as you may be aware that Spain is constantly changing their rules.
